The RVA Career Expo Friday, October 20, 2023, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, at the
Cultural Arts Center – Glen Allen
HOW DO I REGISTER AS A JOB SEEKER?
Be sure to have all your data for each field ready ahead of time.
NEW: Resumes must be uploaded during registration!
WHEN IS THE CANDIDATE DATABASE RELEASED TO EMPLOYERS?
The Candidate Database will be opened to participating employers once the job seeker registration count reaches 100.
HOW LONG ARE RESUMES RETAINED?
Resumes are deleted from the RVA Career Expo database after about 45 days.
Registration information is held longer for program analysis purposes.
WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE?
Job Seekers will be admitted from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Allow sufficient time for parking.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION OR RESUME? (i.e. add my LinkedIn Profile, change phone #, etc.)
There is no edit feature is available at this time. Be sure to take your time during the initial registration to input the correct data. We are working the ability to edit previously submitted data.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
FREE PARKING is available
- Parking is available at The Cultural Arts Center at 2880 Mountain Rd., Glen Allen, VA 23060. Open to job seekers at 8:45 AM.
WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY REGISTERED TWICE?
We have process which matches names and email addresses for possible duplicates. If you registered then we will let you in. You should also receive an email confirmation when you register.
