A “fierce but friendly” rivalry is the driving force behind one of Feed More’s most anticipated fundraisers: The Hokies vs ‘Hoos Food Fight! Now in its seventeenth year, the Food Fight pits alumni and friends of Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia against each other to see which team can raise the most funds for Feed More.     

The UVA Club of Richmond and the Richmond Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association coordinate the competition. Last year, the Hokies won and snapped the ‘Hoos four-year winning streak. But this competition is just as much a battle against hunger in Central Virginia as a battle between the two teams.    

Donations will be accepted online at give.feedmore.org/HokiesvHoos2021.  This year’s contest will take place starting Monday, March 15 and ends on Monday, April 5. The winner will be determined by the highest number of points collected during that time frame.
