Festival Chairs – 2 positions

 

Specific Duties:

Overall leads. Project Manager-like duties. Keep track of planning status and ensure everything is on-track.

Pre-Event:

- Coordinate with site-owners to reserve location

- Coordinate with ABC

- Ensure Insurance policy booked

- Work with Tickets vendors & book locations to physically sell tix

- Attend Chapter Board meetings to provide status updates

Day-of Event:

- Manage overall operations

General Duties:

- attend planning meetings (if unable to attend – provide updates to Chairs)

- provide regular status updates to Chairs

- help promote event on social media (sharing/liking statuses, inviting friends to events, etc)

- assist with day-of volunteering
