Advertising/Communications – 2 positions

 

Specific Duties:

Marketing Event

Pre-Event:

- Ensure event is advertised via various channels (TV, radio, internet, print, billboard, etc)

- Run social media channels

- Work with other coordinators to communicate various aspects of festival (breweries/wineries booked, bands, tickets sales, volunteer needs, sponsors, etc)

- Determine if more graphics need to be created

Day-of Event:

- Post on social media throughout event

General Duties:

- attend planning meetings (if unable to attend – provide updates to Chairs)

- provide regular status updates to Chairs

- help promote event on social media (sharing/liking statuses, inviting friends to events, etc)

- assist with day-of volunteering
