Admissions Gate Coordinator 


Specific Duties:

Coordinating Admissions gate activities

Pre Event:

- Work with Chairs to ensure we have enough wristbands & glasses

- Work with Volunteer Coordinator to schedule/run training session

Day-of Event:

- Direct setup of Admissions Gate

- Manage Admissions Gate activities

General Duties:

- attend planning meetings (if unable to attend – provide updates to Chairs)

- provide regular status updates to Chairs

- help promote event on social media (sharing/liking statuses, inviting friends to events, etc)

- assist with day-of volunteering
