Sponsorships

EVENT SPONSOR LEVELS:

Event Title Sponsor – For a donation of $500 or higher the Title Sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:
1. Event Title (ex. Annual Alumni Holiday Reception presented by “Your Company Name”).
2. Company logo or name featured prominently on all internet and printed event communications.
3. Space provided for a company-supplied banner to be on display at the event.
4. Company logo or name linked to your website featured on the event information page of our website.
5. Complimentary admission for 2 to the event per $500 donated.
6. Company name mentioned in all hotline greetings to the event extension.

Event Food & Beverage Sponsor – For a donation of $300 the Food & Beverage Sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:
1. Company logo or name featured prominently on all internet and printed event communications.
2. Company logo featured on the tent card(s) at the Food & Beverage area.
3. Company logo or name linked to your website featured on the event information page of our website.
4. Complimentary admission for 2 to the event.
5. Company name mentioned in all hotline greetings to the event extension.

ANNUAL CORPORATE SPONSOR LEVELS:

** Platinum – For a donation of $1250 the sponsor will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Company name and logo with a link to your website under the Platinum Sponsorship listing on the sponsor information page of our website.
2. Company name listed as Platinum Sponsor on the event announcements listed on our social networking websites (i.e. Facebook, MySpace, etc.).
3. Company name on the sponsorship banner and/or tent cards for each event as a Platinum Sponsor.
4. Complimentary admission for 4 to every event.
5. Company name listed as Platinum Sponsor on a special quarterly e-mail newsletter sent to our alumni.
6. Recognition plaque thanking your company for your support.

** Gold – For a donation of $750 the sponsor will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Company name and logo with a link to your website under the Gold Sponsorship listing on the sponsor information page of our website.
2. Company name on the sponsorship banner and/or tent cards for each event as a Gold Sponsor.
3. Complimentary admission for 2 to every event.
4. Company name listed as Gold Sponsor on a special quarterly e-mail newsletter sent to our alumni.

** Silver – For a donation of $500 the sponsor will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Company name under the Silver Sponsorship listing on the sponsorship information page of our website.
2. Company name on the tent cards for each event as a Silver Sponsor.
3. Complimentary admission for 2 to one event of your choice.
4. Company name listed as Silver Sponsor on a special quarterly e-mail newsletter sent to our alumni.

** Hokie Hotline – For a donation of $250 the sponsor will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Company name under the Hokie Hotline Sponsor listing on the sponsorship information page of our website.
2. Company name on the tent cards for each event as the official Hokie Hotline sponsor.
3. Company name mentioned in all hotline greetings as the Hokie Hotline Sponsor.
4. Company name listed as Hokie Hotline Sponsor on a special quarterly e-mail newsletter sent to our alumni.

ANNUAL PERSONAL SPONSOR LEVELS:

** Ut Prosim – For a donation of $200 you will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Your name under the Ut Prosim Sponsor listing on the sponsorship information page of our website.
2. Your name on the tent cards for each event as an Ut Prosim Sponsor.
3. Complimentary admission for 2 to every event (excluding Strawberry Hill Races).
4. Two complimentary Richmond Hokies Savings Cards.
5. Subscription to a quarterly e-mail newsletter with your name listed as an Ut Prosim Sponsor.

** Orange & Maroon – For a donation of $100 you will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Your name under the O&M Sponsor listing on the sponsorship information page of our website.
2. Your name on the tent cards for each event as a Maroon Sponsor.
3. Complimentary admission for 2 to your choice of two events (excluding Strawberry Hill Races).
4. One complimentary Richmond Hokies Savings Card.
5. Subscription to a quarterly e-mail newsletter with your name listed as an O&M Sponsor.

** Hokie – For a donation of $50 you will enjoy the following benefits for the year:
1. Your name under the Hokie Sponsor listing on the sponsorship information page of our website.
2. Your name on the tent cards for each event as a Hokie Sponsor.
3. Complimentary admission for 2 to your choice of event (excluding Strawberry Hill Races) OR 2 Richmond Hokies Savings Cards.
4. Subscription to a quarterly e-mail newsletter with your name listed as a Hokie Sponsor.
