THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY VOLUNTEERS MEETING FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HELP AT THIS YEAR’S AWARD-WINNING CENTRAL VIRGINIA WINE FESTIVAL TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, JUNE 21 AT INNSBROOK!!!
YOU MUST ATTEND 1 OF THESE MEETINGS. THERE ARE 2 DATES TO CHOOSE FROM:
Tuesday, May 20 OR Wednesday, May 21 starting at 7:00pm, so MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW!!!
These meetings will be held at the Virginia Tech Richmond Center located at 2810 N. Parham Road (3rd floor).
We will meet in Room 309 each night–follow the signs to the meeting room! If you do not know where this office is located, please call Michael at (804)218-4848 or the Virginia Tech Richmond Center at (804)662-7288 for directions.
ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL RECEIVE FREE WINE FESTIVAL TICKETS (1 TICKET FOR EVERY 2 HOURS VOLUNTEERED)!!! SPLIT SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE OR YOU MAY HELP OUT ALL DAY–THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!!
We need volunteers to assist with event day logistics including setup, wine pourings, admissions gate attendants, cleanup crew, and takedown crew.
