The next planning committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 4 starting at 7:00pm at the Virginia Tech Richmond Center located at 2810 N. Parham Road (3rd floor). We will meet in Room 333–follow the signs to the meeting room! If you do not know where this office is located, please call Michael at (804)218-4848 or the Virginia Tech Richmond Center at (804)662-7288 for directions.
Also, we need volunteers to assist with event day logistics including setup, admissions gate attendants, wine pourers, cleanup crew and takedown crew.
